How it runs
The group signs once, centrally. Branches do not each negotiate, and do not each raise a purchase order.
One shared budget sits at the group level and branches draw from it. What each branch has used is visible to head office, so a branch that is not running it is obvious in the first month rather than at renewal.
It is presented as your programme. Your name on it, our platform underneath, our exercises and our training behind your teachers.
What each side puts in

How it is paid for
One central budget for the group, drawn down by branches, invoiced from India with GST. What it costs depends entirely on which of the models above the branches run and how often.
There is no price on this page, and that is on purpose. What this costs to run depends on how it is taught — short exercises shared between a few students cost a fraction of what long solo projects cost — and we would rather measure that in your school than quote a number we cannot stand behind. Whatever follows a pilot is agreed in writing before the pilot begins.
The catch
The honest part: the branch-by-branch view we describe above is something we would keep by hand today. There is no screen that shows twenty branches and what each has used, and there is no way yet to cap what any one branch or student can spend. For one group we will do that work manually and tell you we are doing it. We are not going to claim a control panel that does not exist — and it is the main reason we want one branch to go first.
